Ownership

The writing, design, code and images on this site are owned by Santiago Vargas Borja unless credited otherwise, and may not be reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

Client projects shown in the work section remain the property of those clients and appear here as portfolio examples with their permission. Their names and logos belong to them.

Engagements

Nothing on this site is an offer, a quote, or a contract. Rates, scope, timelines and deliverables are agreed in a signed written agreement for each project, and that agreement governs the work, not this page.

No warranty

This site is provided as-is. It may be unavailable or contain errors, and nothing on it is professional advice you should act on without your own judgement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, no liability is accepted for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
